A closer look at the work.

$1.1 Billion

Global Automotive Metal Formed Systems Supplier

Leading supplier of automotive systems, modules, and parts with plants across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Argentina, and Brazil. The strategy added critical mass to The Oxford Investment Group's original $85M Canadian stamper, diversified the customer base, and became a full-service supplier within five years — through shop-floor improvements, a new management team, proven quality systems, and ten global acquisitions.

$330M Total Assets

Commercial Bank

An FDIC-insured commercial bank focused on private banking for high-net-worth individuals. The Oxford Investment Group established the organization through capital infusion and active oversight, then built second and third community banks integrated with start-up mortgage and wealth management operations. Referred to by regulators as a 'model startup'; sold with management for 3.3× book.

$130 Million

Automotive Plastic Injection Molder

Manufacturer of decorative interior and exterior injection-molded plastic components for automotive. The Oxford Investment Group restructured the assets, introduced major new customer programs, and built a sound management team — taking the company to a dominant market position in large-scale plastic components before finding a strategic acquirer.

$150 Million

Rubber Parts Manufacturer & Distributor

Leading engineer, manufacturer, and distributor of molded rubber and metal-rubber bonded products for the domestic automotive industry. From a $48M base at acquisition, The Oxford Investment Group developed long-range plans, negotiated a strategic merger, monitored operations, and provided treasury services. Eventually sold to management, who sold to the leading multinational automotive rubber components business.

$45 Million

Consumer Millwork Company

Manufacturer of bi-fold doors, interior shutters, and shelving for the DIY market — a spin-off from a multinational conglomerate. The Oxford Investment Group led a major turnaround through cost control, management strengthening, and systems improvement, then expanded through acquisition including an integrated specialty window manufacturer.

$15 Million

Indoor Shutter Manufacturer

Strategic acquisition from a $2B conglomerate. Combined with The Oxford Investment Group's consumer millwork company, the two captured 90% of the DIY Home Center segment — significantly reducing lumber costs through shared cut-stock capabilities and a refined administrative structure.

$36 Million

Automotive Tool & Die Builder

Leading designer and manufacturer of large-scale complex stamping dies for automotive. The Oxford Investment Group expanded OEM and Tier 1 presence through quality and reliability, growing from a $13M revenue base, providing treasury services and identifying complementary acquisitions before successfully assisting a management buyout.

$45 Million

Specialty Foods Distributor

Distributor of niche specialty foods to supermarkets across the Southeastern United States. The Oxford Investment Group oversaw profitability programs, coordinated integration with another portfolio investment, and orchestrated the eventual sale.

Recreational Vehicle Component Manufacturer

Manufacturer of electrical, mechanical, and injection-molded products for the RV market. Strategy of expansion through acquisition and internal product-line extension doubled revenues while rationalizing existing operations.

$60 Million

Service Merchandiser

Service merchandiser of general merchandise and health & beauty aids for supermarkets and variety stores across the Southeastern United States. The Oxford Investment Group consummated strategic growth acquisitions, oversaw profitability improvement, and built a strong management team.

Minority Owned Rubber Manufacturer

The only minority-owned engineered molded rubber manufacturer serving domestic automotive. Revenues grew from $9M to $28M in three years through a quality-driven strategy benefiting from minority sourcing priorities.

$25 Million

Value-Added Packaging Company

Design, engineering, and distribution packaging serving multiple industries, primarily plastic film and bags. The Oxford Investment Group established an aggressive marketing and sales strategy and identified synergetic operations to acquire.

Automotive Stamper & Roll Former

Midsized roll former and stamper expanded from a $6M base to about $30M in two years through Chapter 11 asset acquisition and internal growth. The Oxford Investment Group negotiated major sales contracts, enhanced customer relationships, and integrated the company into the Metal Formed Systems business.

Highly Engineered Fastener Producer

Industry-leading producer of stamped metal fasteners for automotive and consumer appliance. Strategy builds revenues dramatically with China outsourcing on less sophisticated parts while maintaining productivity margins — The Oxford Investment Group facilitates expansion through sales contacts, financing, and sourcing in China and Europe.
